Went to airport today.
to send my maid back.
it's her third time.
we reached an hour plus earlier.
the flight was going to depart at 1.40pm
we checked the board.
then went to queue up for check in.
we queue for nearly an hour.
but the queue is NOT MOVING!
it's around 1.25 d.
FIRST
The lane wasnt opened.
they should have opened that lane 2 hours before departure time.
but they didnt.
SECOND
Then, they held an announcement to switch lane.
but the board still state the old lane.
So , what if the passenger is a deaf?!
they cant hear the announcement then they miss the plane =/
They should have stated it on the board
or in front of the lane or sth.
THIRD
We checked in on time.
and we went to the departure gate
said bye bye.
I even saw the plane passing by lol.
While i tot maid is on the way back d.
mom's phone rang!
crying that the plane has left.
not just her alone being left behind,
there're 7 to 8 more passengers.
She followed the instruction to head to gate 4 but the gate was closed!
it's not even time yet.
and, why din those ppl check or investigate
while there're so many passengers who din get on board?
They'd checked in.
so there must be some problem going on.
why din those ppl investigate?
Maid was freaking out at the airport. lol
But luckily, she get another ticket back at 315.
but her luggage was left in KL
while we tot that it was on the first flight back to indo!
