MERINGUE WITH GRAPES & WHIPPED CREAM TOPPINGS

Ingredients : 2Eggs(egg white), smal bits of tartar,
1/4cups of sugar, Fruits,
Whipped Cream

Beat the eggwhite and add tartar.

When it's about to get creamy look, add sugar ;)
bits by bits. make sure it dissolves.

beat till it doesnt falls.

THEN HURRY!

Preheat your oven @ 250C
and put the mixture on the baking paper.

Bake it at 120-130C for an hour.


it's baking :)
yummay. look at the shape. it's bulking up!

When it's done, leave it in the oven for about 2/3hours

and it wil turn into tis.


It flattens!!
*ignore the burnts -__-

Then, put on the creams and fruits.


Ta dang! Serve it after chilling.

Jap Curry Potato with Beef & Vege & Porkie.
 
First, get the curry packet from 100yen shop.
for only RM5.90.
boil the water.
then, add in the packet.
yes, just dump the whole packet in.
let it cook for 5-8mins.
Prepare the rice.
Some vege. carrot, broccoli..
can cut it in shapes ; )
add them into boiling water and cook.
There you go!
I added something extra ; )
Sliced ham fried scrambled egg.
p/s - there is another healthier way of cooking.
where you unseal the packet and pour the curry into a bowl.
then microwave it for 5mins.

this is a dish costs only more or less RM8.
Full of protein (egg), carbo(rice), calcium(vege), low fat..wat else?

but. i hope the curry IS cook.
